[78-L] Gennett recording files

These were leased by Gennett from UK Vocalion masters, possibly among
others. Gennett had a trade agreement with Vocalion, references which
appear throughout the Gennett ledgers. It's possible they came from
other sources in the UK as well, but I have not located any.
There is a "regular" Gennett 9000 series (9000-9112 have been identified
- there may be more) and also, as I said, a separate 9000 series
(9000-9115) which depended from UK Vocalion masters.
