That's right Julien. I played the Winnick/Costa version in one of last
year's podcasts and researched the song title, somewhere. On The Beach At
Bali-Bali was written by Al Sherman, Abner Silver and Jack Maskill. The
story goes that the song and it's title were on The Streets of Baden Baden,
but with events in Germany in mid 1930s the Jewish composers set about
changing the song title and they came up with On The Beach At Bali-Bali.
Their publishers however were unhappy with that title as there is a place
named Bali but nowhere named Bali Bali, so the composers found another
publisher. The song was recorded by many US and British dance bands and in
1937 was featured in the Marx Brothers film A Day At The Races where Chico
Marx played it on the piano.

I read somewhere (a YouTube comment?) that "On The Beach At Bali Bali"
was originally entitled "On A Street In Baden-Baden", but was changed
because of the rise of Nazism at the time.
