[78-L] My Man From Caroline

A bit surprised: just one answer to my question - and that one only gave 
a hint.
So I humbly ask (from a European perspective): is the question too 
sillyand the answer too obvious - from a Northern American persepctive - 
or doesn't anyone really know?!
