[78-L] Can anyone explain what makes this Chinese 78 so valuable?

This is "Ye Shanghai" (Shanghai by night), performed by the Chinese singer

I bought one of her 78rpm records (see on my blog if you have interest) for
1.5$ in Chengdu's flea market. Such kind of records are so difficult to
find. This price on eBay is just crazy...
