[78-L] Capitol Recording Disc

I've got one of these.  Surface is crinkled but mostly playable.  It is
orangy tan color with black label.  The label has Capitol in script at the
top, under the Capitol dome and stars.  Beneath that are the words,
"Recording Disc" and then below the spindle hole are two lines and the
words, Name, Title and Date.  There is one drive hole below the lines.
Can someone give me a time period for this blank, please.
