There is that R prefix from "Reeves" studios we discussed a few days ago.
This is fairly common postwar label, the logo with the name slanting, and
2 notes above (at 11 h).
Obie mxs can be found in the Hit/Majestic lists in ODP.

It is odd that ARLD has no good info.
This must be the Remington sublabel, listed first.
I have label scans in ranges 225-390 (starting thus at ca. 200?) and 1007-1008.
The 200 series has A/B sides, no mx.nrs. As an indication, 285-B is
Shake, Rattle & Roll by Jack Richards with Vic Corwin.
My 1007 has mx 1350 by Foy Willing (before on Varsity/Majestic).
And 1008 is by Vic Corwin !

The 2nd label in ARLD (parent label Dana), with a BR-1000 series from 1951,
has the label name before buildings suggesting Broadway.
ARLD's 1008 8/51 is in Billboard (Larry Clinton with Paulette Sisters).

The 3rd Broadway in ARLD lists a 100 series, but it seems unlikely that these
issues (102 2/52 & 106 4/58) are on the same label (from Maceo Pinkard !).
I have a scan of BR-100 by Eddy Wilson; black label. No address. Is it the
Pinkard label?

I have also a scan of a Broadway 102 with a California address
(Walt McCoy a/h Western Wonders).

>>> I have a Marilyn Horne 78 on a label called Broadway, #204. No indication of
where the label was based, and there are 3 Broadway labels listed in ARLD, all
in New York. Marilyn was raised in California and recorded some sides there,
which were issued under pseudonyms, but here is A GUY IS A GUY (composed by
Oscar-Brand, correct, hyphenated) and clearly labelled Marilyn Horne, with
Victor Corwin and his Orchestra. Matrix VH 125.
The reverse is I'LL WALK ALONE, Louis Prima & His Orchestra, vocal by
Lilyann Carol, mx R383. That's probably from Majestic, right? Is this an Obie item?

This Broadway was a Don Gabor cheap-o from the early 1950's.
Several had old Majestic material presumably leased or swapped from Obie.
