Never had that before!!
Had someone recently make the excuse that the 5 year old son of her neighbour bid on a record by mistake (Toscanini conducts Beethoven Sym #2 and Sym #4 on HMV 50s LP).
They eventually paid (didn't expect that!) and have sent the record...am sure that won't be the end of it but we shall see!

I just got a note regarding an item I have on the list, an English pressing of
one of the first Frank Sinatra-Harry James sides. Fella says "I'd buy it if the
shipping was free". The thing is only started at $19.99 f'cryin' out loud. I
replied, and checked off "post so everybody can see what a moron we're dealing
with", "So would I. I'd buy it even faster if the record was free."
