[78-L] Veterans Day

Carat removed..actually, postal workers, according to Geoffrey Wheeler, are 
given the day off so they may stay home and listen to 78s.
On Tuesday when they return to work, they will be given a written test to
complete on what they listened to.

(Preferably artists who have appeared on stamps!)
