[78-L] Decca joins the war of the speeds

Indeed..probably sold much better on lp than it ever did on 78s. And because of 
time limitations, the lp makes a number of cuts which aren't on the 45s (and I 
think there's one edit on 45 that isn't in the lp, just to drive you 
nuts..can't remember for sure, but when I did this one for Naxos I had to piece 
it together from a number of sources).
