For David S: I did get a DVD screener of the show when it first aired in 2011 and I covered it in my In The Groove Column. But I seem to have misplaced it. (I looked!)
 
There is a book with the same that was published 2-3 years before the FILM was finished and was supposed to be a companion to the film. I see used copies going cheap and would recommend itto those interested in the NBD
