Does anyone have a copy of History of Jazz Tenor Saxophone volume 5 1950-1954 or volume 6 1955-1959 that would be available for sale or trade? I've really enjoyed reading volume 4. Both volumes are still listed as being available on the Norwegian Jazz Archives website but I thought I'd try you guys first.
