[78-L] ARSC Conference Travel Grants 2013 -- Call for Applications

I got 1 copy each for all the lists it was sent to that I am on - ARSC, 
IASA and 78-L. 2 were sent out, travel grants and call for nominations, 
so I had 6 posts from Bill.
