Wow!  Color videotape (although multi-generational). I might swipe a
clip for my ARSC presentation.  Of course they both worked for the same
record company, Archie Bleyer's Cadence.  I wonder if Williams got the
First Family master tapes when he formed Barnaby.  It seems to me that
the CD and late LP reissues were dubs of LPs.  Williams was a rather
irrational ultra right-winger in recent years although back then he was
a civil-rights Republican and friends with Robert and Ethel Kennedy.  I
see some clips on line with PP&M and S&G.  Another with Kate Smith and
the Cookie Bear.  The man inside the bear suit was Jim Prohaska who was
killed in a movie helicopter crash a couple of years later.  I used to
watch his show back then although once he started to spout loony-toons
politics I wrote him off.
