[78-L] Mystery record

I have a copy of this thanks to winning it a few Nauctions ago.
OB.4509 and OB.4510.  Suffix markings in the dead wax are a square to the
right of the last digit and a capital I above it.  Another set of numbers
in the dead wax:  30-10017 on side 1, 30-10018 on side 2.  Lead out areas
very similar in some respects to late-1920s US Victors such as the double
eccentric grooves....
