[78-L] Paramount - Signature - Columbia

Not sure of any others but the flip side of that record is Charlie Spand doing Hastings Street from Paramount 12863.  None of the other records from that album (C-130) are from Paramount masters.

This inquiry arises out of an earlier question about the DOWN HOME/Verve/Clef releases:

Looking at MEADE LUX LEWIS 78's - his original 1929 PARAMOUNT 12896 side HONKY TONK TRAIN BLUES (20246-2)
was also issued on SIGNATURE 65101-A, and COLUMBIA 37336 (side 7 in album C-130).

What are the release dates for the Signature and Columbia discs?

HOW DID Signature and Columbia obtain this master?  Did they issue other Paramount recordings?
Were they pressed from Paramount stampers, or dubbed?
