[78-L] Continental 16000 series was Fine Sound, Barbara Cook, Continental

I found the Jan Kiepura-Martha Eggerth lp which is also a gatefold, but it's 
not in that series (CLP 2012).

That Sugar Ray is a gas. Short for ghastly.
