[78-L] Splain This to Me Please

 From what I gather from The Plaza-ARC Discography, Vol. 1, 8569 is the 
matrix number and 2104 is the control number. 3650 was the original 
Compo Compo Co. matrix number which was changed to 8569 when Plaza-ARC 
picked it up.
I could be wrong, but that's how I read it.
