[78-L] Frank Sinatra # 42799

Was in a tourist trap in Nevada over the weekend and saw a poster of Frank Sinatra’s mug shots with a large sign asking “Do You Know Who This Is?” -  which prompts me to ask: was he already working with Harry James at the time (November 27, 1938) or does this bit o’ Sinatra history belong to the pre-big band days altogether?   I have one paperback FS bio – “Sinatra” by Earl Wilson 1976, and unless I missed it, he makes no mention of the incident.  I'd have thought it would have been a badge of honor for the ultimate swinger in 1976.
