The book alone is on Amazon for pre-order at $29.92 (list $45)
http://www.amazon.com/360-Sound-Columbia-Records-Story/dp/1452107564/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1343692241&sr=8-1&keywords=Columbia+360+sound

The full set is on the Columbia site pre-order at (gasp) $250
http://www.myplaydirect.com/360-sound/details/27428271?cid=lg:uqe&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=columbiarecords.com&utm_content=360%20sound%20d2c%20preorder%20promote&utm_campaign=360%20sound%20d2c%20preorder%20promote

Fortunately I lucked into the Sony 100th Anniv box set for $25 at the
Mechanical Music Show a couple of years ago, so I might not need
anything but the book alone.

I hope the book alone becomes available. It would be nice to see a
worthy companion to "Hayes on Record", "His Master's Voice in America" &
"EMI 100 Years" [excluding the intro, please]. Cheers, Duane Goldman
