Lakeside was pressed by Columbia using Columbia masters and were all lateral.  I presume they stuck around for a while because they were cheaper.

What is the story on Lakeside? I know they were made for Monkey Ward, but who made them? Were they all lateral,and if so, how did they stay in business?
