[78-L] Carnival Toy 78 record

Just found two of these, 4 7/8" diameter, two sided, plastic with normal
sized spindle hole that has rectangular slots running from it.  Nos. 103-1A
and B, Count to 20 and Albhabet and 102-2 A and B, Cinderella part 1 and 2.
Anyone have any idea what they are supposed to be played on?  They have run
in and run out grooves and fidelity is good -flexible black plastic
material. Age?
