Recorded in the US - the song was dubbed onto a new master to accommodate
the Duke's introduction.

I remember it. Both sides were recorded in the UK as far as I know. Isn't it
on 
blue label? (Not the only time Frankie was on the high class label though,
the 
Alec Wilder set was on Masterworks.)
