And  I'd bet the rent, if there's a newspaper report, we'd find that the other driver was
DWHUA, was totally unscathed, and more than likely fled the scene due to fact of DWI,
uninsured, unlicensed, and possibly undocumented....  They ain't no justiss nowhur!!!

What little I know indicates that her car was hit from behind and that she 
lost control and it overturned on the median.  Her daughter suffered a 
broken pelvis and is in the hospital.
