[78-L] whats the fate of blank cds..Marconi recording blanks..

Old blanks can dry out & be noisy although for what I recorded it didn't matter. I even cleaned up some discs with palmtric acid on them before cutting them many years ago. Yep they were noisy alright. From time to time blanks do show up on Ebay. I've even seen the fiber base ones plus glass blanks too.
