Great stuff! I am really surprised that nobody took a tour to Bags Unlimited. 
Yes Canal Street is in a seedy part of town..it's also full of history (that 
building itself is close to 200 years old and used to be a buggy factory). 
There's a tavern nearby that was part of the Underground Railroad.
