[78-L] Tokyo Boogie-Woogie on film?

Here's my old fave in a clip from some post-war Japanese movie...it's the 
same singer and band as on the well-known and still common Columbia 78. 
Anyone know the movie in question,  and if there is more such music in the 
movie?
