According to ADBORAF it's Adrian Schubert masquerading as "The High 
Steppers", mx 1887-2 Crown 3394, recorded c. November 1932. Charlie 
Palloy vocal. Reissued on TOM CD MB 118, which gives the date as 
9/15/32. Reverse "Please" 1890-2.
