[78-L] Gennett Personal Series

1005 A/B are the DeWitt & Son issue numbers.
Gennett pressed for them, a small label out of New York City dealing in 
recorded Irish material, which mostly drew from Gennett masters. Both 
sides were also released on Gennett 5502, Gennett Personal 20091 (as you 
show), and Starr Gennett 9944 (Canada).
The DeWitt label reads: Manufactured Exclusively for The "Sinn Fein 
Music House" - E. O'Byrne DeWitt & Son, 1398 3rd Avenue, 79th St., New 
York. About 5 blocks from where I grew up.
