There's no mention of Sinatra or Miller in the article, only that the 
lady listened to Classic FM. Apparently the headline editor doesn't know 
what classical music is.

The British news media seems to be slightly better than ours, but
still lacking. Ours usually have done no or little research, or have
no idea of what they are reporting. Being comprised mostly of
opinion and commercials. Many people including news media
have no idea what genre means. Their view is there are three
types of music, Rap, and Country and Western, or something
else. Also I wonder if her neighbors offered  to help her by buying
her a pillow speaker or headphones.
