[78-L] whats the best way to clean the lazer in a cd player

let me ask u a question..does this slower speed thing really matter?i mean 78s have limited sound anyway..how much better can this slower make them sound anyway?i mean u might be rite but im
just curious..what should i use inplace of nero? something free..
