description for the auction I.D.
It made me see RED.
In 1938,39, anyone who was anti Franco and anti Nazi was called a "Red" or
left winger or Communist.
Time Magazine, Father Coughlin, "The March Of Time" newsreels, America
Firsters, and many Hearst Newspapers as well as McCormick's Chicago Tribune
joined this reactionary chorus. And still today, this album is labeled "Left
Wing"
