[78-L] Question about record cleaning

*Most* record labels are unaffected by a brief rinse with water or
cleaning solution such as detergent, although a notable exception is
the labels on Standard Transcription disks, which will spread a 
chalky liquid reminiscent of typewriter "White Out" onto the grooves
if wet.
