[78-L] Double turntable turns 60 next week

Less complicated than that, since the device predates microgroove records. Two 
arms meant that you could make a 3 minute sound effects record (such as 
continuous traffic or air raid sirens) last through an entire scene by placing 
the second arm at the start of the disc and fading it up as the first one was 
reaching the end of the side.
