Many thanks Kristjan,
If you find any more leads to anyone or a library who has these recordings then I would be grateful. Otherwise it may need a letter to one of the Swedish newspapers to widen the search. I can get it translated as one of my work collegues has a Swedish fiancee.

The Swedish Media Database
http://smdb.kb.se/english/
notes that both records were by "Dansorkester med refrangsang", which
means Dance Orchestra with vocal refrain, a common practice for mail
order budget labels like Silverton (without e) to name an orchestra.
Here's what the label looks like:
http://medlem.spray.se/filmoch78or/silver.htm
It could be that Harry Roy's name was given as refrain singer - I
haven't seen any of the Roy records.
The database entries for both discs can be seen if you use the above
link to the Media Database and type one of the matrix numbers from each,
for instance:
CE 8302-1
CE 8303-1
As for a Danish issues - we can rule them out: Silverton was a Swedish
label, issued by department store Ahlen & Holm. Besides: Rust & Forbes
has the correct country of issue in the 1989 edition of "British Dance
Bands On Record".

Hopefully they are all out there somewhere!!
