Many years ago I got a 12" RCA 78 of Milton Cross
telling about the wonders of the new RCA Victor
radio with plug-in for a record player.
"Just press the Victrola button and you will
hear this glorious music!" After hearing a few
bars of Dvorak's Carnival Overture, he goes into
the sales talk.
I gave away this disc, but wish I had kept it.
Anyone have this disc? I would sure like to get
a dub of it. (Cassette or CD) I will give this
person anything I have in my collection.
One of the LPs I have is a sound history of
the Boston Symphony and the Boston "Pops"
Orchestras, on RCA. This one has excerpts of
various conductors on RCA back to Karl Muck.
