A recording of Ansermet rehearsing Stravinsky's Firebird with the
Philharmonia is available on CD. The Berlioz would be interesting.
It seems to be available in a 3-CD box on the Eloquence label, with a
rather sexy mermaid on the cover.
Some others:
There is a very short recording of Elgar rehearsing in EMI's Elgar
edition. Decca included a rehearsal with a reissue of Britten's War
Requiem.
There are long recordings of Toscanini rehearsing available in the Naxos
and Guild series, and more as bootlegs.
And of course the Bruno Walter Mozart Linz Symphony.
