[78-L] Fake Columbia matrix numbers

I've seen this happen a number of times with RCA and Columbia and sometimes
other plants being involved, but in this case the matrix numbers are
consecutive with the 1951-52 album. And the actual numbers in the dead wax are
"Part 1" and "Part 2".
