I seem to recall the price being printed either on the jacket or on the outer 
plastic. This was when Camden and Harmony and Richmond were grabbing that 
budget market, and they also had the prices displayed (didn't Richmond even 
print the price on the label?). Lovely PR, everybody knew what a cheapskate you 
were.
