[78-L] Todd Rollins

[Julian Vein]

Rust's (and Johnson & Shirley's) identifications are correct. I 
contacted the AFM some years ago to see if they could help identifying 
the personnel, but they said they had no information on their database. 
Of course, the information may well be stored in their vaults.
