[78-L] 20" Pathe, yours for only 5 grand!

I have one 16" Pathé (Pathégraphe- Cours d'anglais C1424) with the same 
sleeve as shown on the 20" record. The speed is 100rpm and it can be 
played on any phonograph (vertical cut), they say. But why would it be 
necessary to have loudness for English lessons ?
