A bit outdated -- Mediabay and Amari no longer have anything to do with 
RS, which is now under entirely new ownership and management. The woman 
who represented the Jack Benny estate in negotiating their current 
agreement with RS is a close personal friend, so whatever the specifics 
of their licenses are, I know for a fact that they do actively pursue 
permissions from legitimate rightsholders.
