[78-L] GoDigital MG lays claim to 1902 recording. [fwd]

Ok Youtube has a claim form procedure to dispute this crap. I want to dispute this. I am assuming my dispute would be covered under number 5 of the claim for which says in part: 5. This video contains the material at issue, but the material is in the public domain or is not eligible for copyright protection. 
Please explain briefly: 

I would like to complete this and send it but need some help on the explanation. Any suggestions ?
