[78-L] Red Nichols's "Poor Butterfly"

The orig. issue was on the Brunswick shield/scroll label, with the same catnr.
It exists with various versions of this label type.

This shield label type was also used for 20070 (Nichols 31-5-1928: Dear Old Southland),
and 20091/92 (Nichols 7-6-1929).
