If '(LP-9004-B-5)' happens to be 'Boo weevil' that is consistent practice
with what I have seen with some Asian releases (IIRC) of recordings from
elsewhere in which they release something on a single that is not a single
in the country of origin, but is an album track: the matrix number they
devise is simply the matrix number of the side of an LP the song is taken
from, suffixed with the track number of the specific song. So if such a
country released, say, 'There's a place' by The Beatles on one side, its
matrix number would thus be XEX.422-6, extrapolated from the matrix number
of side 2 of the mono Parlophone LP.

According to the Both Sides Now site Imperial LP 9004 is the album ROCK AND
ROLLIN', which was released in 1956.
