They'd have had to break up the sides for 45s..six and a half minute twelve 
inch sides were possible on 12" Decca 78s by this time but I don't know if 
anyone had cut a 45 longer than 5:15 or 5:30. Volume 2 was recorded in 1950 and 
I think even those tracks were too long for 78s, or Decca had noticed that 
nobody bought the 78 issues of Death Of A Salesman or The Consul.
