[78-L] WESTERN 10" Extended Play Records-3 Songs per Side

More questions.  I've been looking through a record collection I bought about 4 years ago and am just now getting to.  Found 3 10" records with 3 songs on each side in the LP pile, but they are actually extended play 78 rpm records.  The label is 'WESTERN' and it lists the 3 songs on each side, but that's about all.  No artists, nothing telling who made them, and the only numbers in the dead wax match the numbers on the labels.  Seems very odd to me.  Are these generic radio transcriptions? Something else?
