Buyer can leave negative FB for seller, but not vice versa. Only thing a seller can do is leave positive FB with a pithy note in the comments section. eBay has been promising to revamp the system to make it fairer for sellers for some time now, but haven't done anything about it. I think that there are probably more reputable sellers than buyers but apparently, they don't agree.
