[78-L] from Allan Sherman's "A Gift of Laughter"

Since this record WAS really released (!!!) what grounds would Sherman
have for suing Jubilee??  The album was successfully taken off the
market -- did the Brothers Warner make them an offer they couldn't
refuse?  Did a horse go missing?
