[78-L] Raymond Scott question

I just happened to be listening to the Stash cd of Scott transcriptions last night, which Irwin Chusid made available out of thousands of hours of stuff that Scott had kept. Apparently Scott had recorded virtually every performance and many rehearsals during his career. By 1952 he was back to being Harry Warnow and was doing chiefly radio staff work, mainly CBS I believe, and this might be something that he had done as a song demo.

I love that one can accurately say about Scott's music, as Cary did, that a piece is goofy BUT uninteresting.

So I wonder who performs it on this disc, and how it came to be in a radio
station library on a soft cut?
