For many Dual and Shure cartridges you can get a 1.0 mil stylus (= 25µm) on eBay Germany.

That's the spherical diamond stylus that you need for very early mono LPs and 45s. 

This company also has an affordable 5.0mil  (= 120µm) spherical stylus custom made (also for 
Dual and Shure cartridges), but this one is not a diamond, it's a sapphire. So it will only last a 
couple of hundred hours.

They are roughly $40 a piece. Made in Idaroberstein, Germany, home of a centuries old industry
